Some of the best Chinese in VB! I have tried dozens and I consistently go back to Pan China even if there are other restaurants that are closer to where I live. The General Tso's and Singapore Chow Mei Fun have a nice kick. Delivery is always fast and the owners are always very polite. :)

MUST TRY chinese food take-out in Virginia Beach!! Family-run place that Consistently serves Quality food!! This is my husband and I favorite go to spot for order pick up! They offer lunch specials with a whole list to choose from and we've tried a handful of the dishes! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving the food a try. My top fav chicken dishes served w/ fried rice: Sesame chicken & Orange chicken (Crispy&Flavorful) Bourbon Chicken (Saucy&Tender) My top fav pork dishes also served w/fried rice: Egg Foo Young (Roast Pork) - its like a fried omelette and they serve with a side of gravy on the side! Extremely Delicious. Boneless Pork Spare Ribs Sweet & Sour Pork - served extra crispy w/ sauce on side! Appetizer: Crab Rangoon (they're huge!) Oh, and don't leave without trying their homemade tea! It's a bit sweet for me so I like to dilute it a bit with water & extra ice (extra tea for me) Very refreshing. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking to try some good food in the area.

This restaurant is great! We always order takeout here, the food is delicious! Whenever I crave Chinese food, this is my first choice! The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.

10/09/23 Stopped by and picked up the Bourbon Chicken. They had an interesting sur charge for something, I did not ask about it. The food was good, swimming in sauce, not the usual sauce for Bourbon Chicken but ok. The sauce had a redness to it. If I go back I will try a beef dish.

Best Chinese food in the area! My wife and I order lunch meals here at least twice a month and we are always satisfied with the service and quality of food!

Service was fine. The Food was okay, but the Egg Rolls were Burnt and Rubbery. The inside looked like a Child's playroom with the Toys on the two only Tables that were there. The Front and Back of the place needs a complete Cleaning in my opinion. Not sure about ordering from here again.

this place is a GEM. It is so hard to find takeout that has shrimp dumplings and they are delicious!! The service is so friendly and welcoming, surroundings are of course the reg Chinese takeout but the lady behind the counter is so sweet. A must try out here! If you are wanting to try a different spot or get a different item to be adventurous I would recommend them. Can’t go wrong. In general everything I’ve ordered from them is delicious. May they continue to do great and have great business.

Roast pork fried rice and egg drop soup is delicious. Both are very flavorful and I never need to add soy sauce to the rice. They make it fresh to order every time. I have eaten Chinese food anywhere from mediocre places to very expensive places. I can tell you that these guys are phenomenal for a small non chain spot. It is also a family owned business. Give them a try!
